All orders are processed within 24 hours. The order is dispatched after 100% payment:

• orders paid before 14:00 Tbilisi time are sent/delivered on the same day;
• Orders paid after 14:00 are dispatched/delivered the next business day.

If you are in another city, you can choose delivery to a convenient pick-up point and pick up your order yourself at a convenient time.

Delivery of orders is carried out by courier services (Yandex.Delivery).
You can also pick up orders yourself at Georgian Post offices.

You can pay for your order in cash at the pickup point.
After placing an online order, you can choose the most convenient payment method on the website: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or transfer by account number.

We have promotions and sales, and regular customers receive loyalty cards:
3% - for a one-time purchase of 200 GEL;
10% - from the cumulative purchase amount of 2000 GEL.
